Overview

A production automation system designed to calculate demand, allocate machines, match master rolls, generate barcodes, and create MES-ready output.

  • MES-ready output

Project documentation is in development. Concept visuals illustrate the intended system and are not production screenshots.

02

Problem

Manual work-order preparation brings together demand, machine constraints, material matching, and MES requirements. The project focuses on connecting these steps into a consistent production workflow.

03

System Design

A six-stage workflow moves from work-order input through demand calculation, machine allocation, master roll matching, and barcode generation to MES-ready output. Detailed validation and implementation are coming soon.
